How to subscribe?
Select the parking lot of your choice from our website’s homepage. You will then be redirected to Q-Park.fr, the new manager of your Val d’Isère car park, to finalize your subscription.
Follow the subscription steps: your QR code will be available in the Q-Park app and will allow you to enter and exit the car park.
How does the season pass work?
The seasonal pass is valid for the 2025-2026 winter season, from November 29, 2025, to May 3, 2026. It grants you unlimited access to your parking lot throughout this period.
Your access method is available in the Q-Park mobile app: use your QR code to enter and exit by car, and to open the car park pedestrian gates.
Where can I subscribe to an annual subscription?
Annual subscriptions are available from the Products page of our website. You will then be redirected to Q-Park.fr to finalize your subscription.
Once your subscription is activated, find your access QR code directly in the Q-Park app, which you can use to enter, exit, and access the car park pedestrian gates.
How is my season pass billed?
Subscription payments are made in 3 installments by direct debit in December, January, and April.
December 5, 2025 = 20% of the total amount (from November 29 to December 31, 2025)
January 5, 2026 = 55% of the total amount (from January 1 to March 31, 2026)
April 5, 2026 = 25% of the total amount (from April 1 to May 3, 2026)
Pre-booking
How to make a reservation?
Select the parking lot of your choice from our website’s homepage. You will be redirected to Q-Park.fr, the new Val d’Isère parking manager, to finalize your pre-booking. Enter your parking start and end dates and times.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code to present upon entering and exiting the car park.
How does booking work?
Reserving a parking space allows you to guarantee your space in advance.
1. Choose your parking space and your dates/times on our website (you will be redirected to Q-Park.fr to finalize your purchase).
2. Immediately receive a confirmation email with a personal QR code.
3. Present this QR code at the entrance and exit of the parking lot to open the barriers.
4. Enjoy unlimited entry and exit for the duration of your reservation.
If you park outside the reserved hours, additional fees will apply according to the parking lot’s hourly rates.

There are no more parking spaces for short stay bookings. Can I park in Val d'Isère?
There are hourly parking spaces. When you arrive in the village, you have dynamic signs that display the number of spaces available at that time.

Where can I wash my vehicle?
There is a garage in Tignes 1800 or a car wash in Bourg Saint Maurice.
My car is equipped with a roof box, where can I park it?
The heights of the parking spaces are indicated on our site. We invite you to measure your entire vehicle + roof box.
The car park I pre-booked is out of the way. How do I get back to the village center?
A free bus service serves the entire village.
