Mediation / dispute resolution

Any requests for information, clarification, or complaints should be addressed to Q-Park Customer Service by email via the contact form in the Customer Service section or by mail to the following address: Q-PARK Customer Service, 1 rue Jacques-Henri Lartigue, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux.

In accordance with Article L211-3 of the French Consumer Code, consumers are informed of the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method in accordance with the provisions of Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

The consumer must first submit a written complaint to Q-PARK Customer Service using the contact details provided above.

The consumer must submit their request to the Mobilians mediator, subject to compliance with the admissibility requirements for their case, specifically by providing all the information and documents necessary for the mediator to review their request within one year of submitting their written complaint to Q-PARK Customer Service.

The consumer may submit their request to the Mobilians Mediator using the procedures available at www.mediateur-mobilians.fr/comprendre-la-mediation/

  • either by completing a referral form downloadable from the mediator’s website and sending it by post to Mr. the Mediator of Mobilians – 43 bis route de Vaugirard – CS 80016 -92197 Meudon CEDEX or by email to mediateur@mediateur-mobilians.fr.

 

Q-PARK informs consumers of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform, designed to collect any complaints arising from online purchases by European consumers and forward them to the competent national mediators.
